Juicy soy curls, sweet pineapple chunks & bell peppers
A twist on a Chinese-American classic that’s hearty enough to conquer a backpacker’s appetite. Loaded with sweet bell peppers and tangy vinegar, with a little spice from red chili pepper, this sweet and sour dish has a meaty texture, and loads of protein.

Cooking Instructions
1. Boil quantity of water accordingly
- 1 Serving - 9oz of water
- 2 Servings - 18oz of water
- 4 Servings - 36oz of water
2. Add beef and noodles to the pot and boil for 2 - 3 minutes
3. Turn down heat, add all remaining ingredients
4. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
5. Turn off heat, and cover for 3 minutes
Cook longer at elevation
Goes great with hot sauce and peanut butter.
