Nikwax Polar Proof 300ml / 10 oz.

Nikwax Polar Proof® is a safe product to use on fleece garments. It is WaterBased, non-flammable, contains no harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is fluorocarbon free. Nikwax Polar Proof® has been specifically designed and optimized for fleece garments, providing Durable Water Repellency (DWR) while maintaining breathability. Nikwax Polar Proof® requires no heat to develop its DWR, so it is not necessary to use a tumble drier for best results.

Additionally, it inhibits pilling of fleece fabrics, prolonging the life of gear
• Nikwax Polar Proof® is easy and quick to apply in a washing machine and ensures that the treatment goes right through the garment. The highly Durable Water Repellency (DWR) of Nikwax Polar Proof® develops on air drying. Therefore the need for tumble drying is removed, saving energy
• Nikwax takes great care to minimize the effect of Nikwax products on the environment and on you, the consumer. Nikwax waterproofing products are WaterBased, non-aerosol, non-flammable, non-hazardous and environmentally friendly. They contain no harmful solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and are completely free of fluorocarbons (which have been shown to be persistent in the environment and have been associated with serious health issues)
• 300ml / 10 oz. Conventional detergent can damage water-repellency. Therefore always clean first with Nikwax® Tech Wash® (Campmor item 17630). No need to dry item(s) before waterproofing. Follow garment care label instructions. Shake bottle well before use.

Top Loading Machine Wash:

1. Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
2. Place clean item(s) in washing machine (maximum 6 items).
3. After the machine has filled with water use:
3fl oz/100ml for 1-2 items, low water level
5fl oz/150ml for 3-4 items, medium water level
8fl oz/250ml for 5-6 items, high water level
4. Run heavy soil machine cycle.
5. Wash according to care label.

Front Loading Machine Wash:

1. Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
2. Place clean item(s) in washing machine (maximum 4 items).
3. Use 3fl oz/100ml for 1-2 items and
5fl oz/150ml for 3-4 items.
4. Wash according to care label.

Drip-dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
To maintain waterproofing always wash with Nikwax Tech Wash®. Do not use detergents.
